Communications for scheduling, rescheduling and cancellation of procedures for ESTABLISHED PATIENTS will need to be sent to the Doctor's Medical assistant.
Patients with questions or needing to reschedule any test please contact the Doctor's Medical Assistant at their respective extension.
Billing, insurance and other related questions need to be directed to Insurance / Billing department.
